32 Weeks...8 weeks To Go

How far along: 32 weeks. Total weight gain/loss: 40 lbs.  We are going to say it is alot of swelling!
Maternity clothes? Yes!
Stretch marks? No
Sleep: Very uncomfortable.  He likes to move a lot at night but once we are both settled I can fall asleep.  Always wake up once to go to the bathroom.  
Best moment this week: Taking Christian to my last doctor's appointment.  He got to hear Bryson's heartbeat.  He thought it was really cool when Dr. S said "What is that?"  He told him "That is Bryson's heartbeat."
Movement: Oh yeah! He is quite a mover.  I just love watching the belly move and Bryson's move from one side to the other. 
Cravings: Nothing really since I have hit my 3rd trimester.  Maybe it is because it is soooooooo hot. 
Gender: Boy...Bryson Stephen Spivey. Christian helped us pick out the name. Stephen is Shaun's real/first name.
Labor Signs: No but having a lot of Braxton Hick contractions.
Belly Button in or out? In.  Thought it was moving out but I think it is where it is going to stay.
What I miss: Being comfortable in everything that I do.  Even sitting on the couch has become uncomfortable.   
What I am looking forward to: Finishing up Bryson's room within the next few weeks.  All I need is a bed skirt, curtains, and trash can.  Everything is is ready for him to come.  Can't wait to share pics of his room. 
Weekly wisdom from friends/family: Nothing really except to stay out of this hot weather.  
Milestones: Little Bit weighs 3.75 pounds (pick up a large jicama) and is about 16.7 inches long, taking up a lot of space in my uterus. I'm gaining about a pound a week and roughly half of that goes right to Little Bit.  In fact, he'll gain a third to half of his birth weight during the next 7 weeks as he fattens up for survival outside the womb. He now has toenails, fingernails, and real hair (or at least respectable peach fuzz). His skin is becoming soft and smooth as he plumps up in preparation for birth.
