Preschool Program 2012 (3 year olds)

You always have this vision in your head as to how your child will perform in their Christmas performance.  They will stand up in front of the crowd in their Christmas clothing, singing their little hearts out, following the directions that the music teacher is giving them, smiling from ear to ear, and having the time of their lives.

Then reality sets in.  You are actually at your child's Christmas performance and he is standing in front of the crowd, holding the jingle bells in his mouth, singing his little heart out (at the parts of the song that he wants to sing), staring at the little girl beside him, waving to his mommy recording him, picking his nose a little bit, standing there staring into space, chewing on his shirt, etc.  Oh, and there is no Christmas shirt because it is dirty.  So, this is how a real Christmas performance really happens.

However, it goes.  It is priceless because it is my little angel up there performing his heart out.
